Blind Tasting

DON'T STRESS! There's no need to be an expert to enjoy this! Rather than being somekind of bar trick, blind tasting is a fun way of developing your palate and is a constantly evolving skill that will assist you in choosing your favorite wines, without already knowing what they are. The structure of the class is simple. At the start we conceal wines you will taste and the objective is to identify what is in your class.  Is it Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc -- Pinot or Merlot?   Our wine educator will guide you through the process, offering useful tasting tips along the way and answering any questions you may have. This is a fun, interactive and educational class that will really get you hooked on blind tasting! This is a great way to understand what wines you really like without any pre-conceived bias. Many people say they hate Merlot and it might be their favorite wine in a blind tasting!
